We want you to get the most out of your membership and achieve your goals, so we offer FREE Personal Trainer (PT) drop in sessions where you can get expert help and guidance on a whole range of topics.
WHAT ARE PT DROP IN SESSIONS?
They’re an hour-long slot held several times per week across all of our gyms, where a number of our Personal Trainers will be at the Help Point banner in the gym to await your questions.
Ask them anything you like:

> TRAINING TIPS
> NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION / DIET TIPS
> INFORMATION ON CLASSES
