Situated across two floors in the former House of Frasier in Cwmbran Shopping Centre, JD Gyms Cwmbran will be an incredible new fitness facility with 100s of pieces of industry-leading equipment, Eleiko functional zone, a sled track, a dedicated glute zone, and luxury changing rooms with saunas.
Plus... there'll be a vast free weights area with 20+ benches and weights up to 50kg, as well as a cardio area packed with the latest kit, from treadmills and ski ergs to stair climbers. We'll also be open 24/7 so you can workout any time you like.
