Hybrid training incorporates both strength and endurance work, making it the perfect training style for increasing overall fitness levels whilst ensuring you’re never bored!
Using all of the equipment including curved treadmills, Concept2 SkiErgs and RowErgs, sled tracks, wall balls, kettlebells and sandbags, our Hybrid classes are led by our JD Team, and are designed to increase your strength, fitness and stamina.
Hybrid Strength focuses on building a strong body that’s able to lift and shift weight well with good form for the whole workout. You’ll build muscular endurance under fatigue as well as a body that moves better and is more powerful. Led by our expert instructors, Hybrid Strength is suitable for all levels of fitness.
