START DATES: There are no places left on the February slot, but there is another transformation camp starting in each branch of JD Gyms soon. You’ll be able to register your interest online shortly. Email firstname.lastname@example.org in the meantime and we will be in touch once we’ve confirmed the start date.
SESSION TIMES: Exact times vary per gym, but as a rule the group sessions will be Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. We’ll do an early morning slot and evening slot each day so everyone will be able to attend. Exact times to be confirmed. The PT session is then booked in at a time to suit you.
