We offer the best and most stylish place to work out in Medway! The cardio section has loads of equipment, so you won't have to wait your turn. Our free weights area is equipped with more than 20 benches, plenty of dumbbells, a wide range of plate-loaded machines, as well as squat racks and lifting platforms.
