Our exciting class timetables are specifically designed to cater for all tastes and abilities. We have fantastic, purpose built, group exercise studios and spin studios and a strong team of expert instructors bringing each class to life.
Each of our gyms offer a different range of between 250 and 300 classes a month – all of which are INCLUDED in your membership. Yep, all of them! This even includes Yoga, Zumba and all of our Les Mills classes such as BodyPump and BodyCombat etc.
There’s no extra cost … at all.

A short class dedicated to toning and strengthening the muscles in the abdominals and lower back. Using minimal equipment this intense workout will help support posture and enhance your core region and stability.
This class focuses on military style exercises and functional movements. It is designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. Expect to be pushed to your limits and then some.
A high energy work out that takes place in the boxing area or studio, using gloves, punchbags and / or pad work to burn energy and build strength.
A bespoke, high intensity, boot camp style class exclusive to JD Gyms based in our JD BURN area. The JD BURN class is a 35 minute HIIT and strength boot camp designed to get the maximum results in a short amount of time.
An interval structured workout consisting of a series of short bursts of both cardio and resistance training. Achieve total body conditioning whilst also improving mobility, strength and stamina.
Clubbercise® is a simple, fun dance fitness routine class set to club anthems, ranging from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. This exciting class is taught in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks for added atmosphere!
Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance classes are great if you’re a beginner or if you’re already fit.
A 30 minute high intensity metabolic workout that keeps on working long after you finish the class. This body-weight based class aims to increase metabolism and keep your body burning calories for as long as 24 hours after you’ve finished.

Combination of strength and flexibility through a series of movements with a strong focus on breathing techniques. Yoga comes in many forms and disciplines and may vary in speed and intensity but all classes aim to enhance a sense of inner wellbeing and calm.
An infusion of various styles of dance including Salsa, Latin, Hip-Hop and Swing to name a few. Combined with international music, have fun whilst you’re exercising as it’s always party time with Zumba with moves from all around the world!
