What is Hybrid Training?
Hybrid training incorporates both strength and endurance work, making it the perfect training style for increasing overall fitness levels whilst ensuring you're never bored!
Using all of the equipment including curved treadmills, Concept2 SkiErgs and RowErgs, sled tracks, wall balls, kettlebells and sandbags, our Hybrid classes are led by our JD Team, and are designed to increase your strength, fitness and stamina.

Whether it's your first time hybrid training or you're chasing a new PB, we've got everything you need to train for a race, or just have fun!
Our Expert Trainers will coach you through dedicated group classes, focusing on increasing your strength and endurance, whatever your ability level.
JD Hybrid classes are currently available at:

Train in our Hybrid Zone!
If there are no classes on in the Hybrid Zone, feel free to use it for your own training, all the kit is available for you to use. Not sure where to start or have any questions? Siimply ask a member of staff in the gym and we'll be happy to show you the ropes!
