Welcome to JD Gyms York!

Situated on Clifton Moor Retail Park, JD Gyms York is an incredible 24 hour fitness space, filled with industry-leading equipment including Hammer Strength plate loaded machines, an Eleiko functional zone, a dedicated glute zone, lifting zone and a sprint/sled track. Plus, there are vast free weights and cardio areas, all set in our signature stylish surroundings. We have made the most of the available floor space by creating a mezzanine level, meaning the gym is an enormous 20,000 square feet!

Our luxury changing rooms include saunas for post-workout relaxation, and we have plenty of free parking available. Everything is included in your membership price, and it's a no-contract membership.
