Exciting news… JD Gyms Brierley Hill has received an upgrade! Work to rearrange some parts of the gym and install a host of new equipment is now complete.

Here’s what we’ve done:
Brand-new saunas and upgrades to the showers
It’s the news you’ve been waiting for: we have installed brand-new saunas in the male and female changing rooms! Fantastic for post-workout muscle soreness or just a place to relax after all that hard work. We have also made improvements to the showers, including new tiling.
All new cardio kit
We have swapped out all of the current cardio kit for a host of new equipment from industry-leader Matrix. From treadmills to SkiErgs, Cross Trainers and bikes, we have everything you need to work up a sweat.
Brand-new plate-loaded kit
Love to lift? We have swapped out all of our plate-loaded equipment for an incredible range of kit. Get ready to hit those PBs!
All new bars and dumbbells
We have replaced all the current bars and dumbbells with brand-new shiny ones from industry leader Primal. You’ll never be short of the kit that you need to elevate your workout.
New functional cardio kit and upgraded sled track
Alongside all the above, we’ve also added two brand-new curved treadmills, two Concept2 BikeErgs and two Concept2 RowErgs. We have also expanded the sled track so there are now four lanes rather than two, and added new sleds.
We’re really pleased with the upgrade, and can’t wait to see everyone getting stuck into trying the new kit. So… now you’ve had a sample of what’s new, what are you waiting for?
