London Charlton... There's a brand-new gym coming your way this summer! Introducing JD Gyms Charlton.

Get ready for state-of-the-art facilities and a premium workout feel, at an amazing price. Spread over two floors, we'll have a sprawling cardio section, with a huge amount of treadmills, bikes, stair climbers and more ... alongside a bespoke Eleiko Functional training zone with rig and a multitude of accessories. We'll also have Concept2 Ergs, a sled track, kettlebells and much more in this area.

The free-weights area boasts over 20 adjustable benches, so you're not left waiting for a spot and a huge choice of dumbbells up to 50kg. Plate-loaded machines from Hammer Strength and Exigo make every strength session with us worthwhile. We even have specialist glute training kit, including equipment from the experts at Booty Builder.
