Just 5 minutes from the city centre, we’re located at Greyhound Retail Park in the building which used to be Argos. The entire unit has been reimagined and reconfigured to create the ultimate space for your workouts. We’ve built a mezzanine floor to add an upstairs level, giving us a huge amount of space to fill with incredible equipment! Check out the highlights below, and for an itemised kit list, click here.
Ground Floor:
On the ground floor you’ll find everything you need for weight training. More than enough dumbbells, bars, plates and racks, with over 20 adjustable benches so you’re not left waiting for a spot. 😉
Plate-loaded equipment and cables:
We’ll have a carefully chosen selection of plate-loaded equipment from high-quality brands such as Hammer Strength and Exigo, alongside plenty of cable machines with tons of attachments.
Eleiko Functional Zone:
Our impressive Eleiko functional rig takes centre stage with its aesthetic lighting, surrounded by a whole host of equipment for hybrid and functional training…
…not to mention, there will be five lifting platforms and a double sled track too!
Second Floor:
Upstairs is where you’ll find all our cardio equipment, including loads of treadmills, bikes, stair climbers, rowers and more!
Resistance machines:
For those who prefer resistance machines with pin-selected weights, we’ll have a full complement of these upstairs too, along with even more cable stations!
Dedicated Glute Area:
One of our favourite parts of the gym is the dedicated glute area, which will include some really cool, specialist machines to make your leg days that extra bit spicy!
Changing rooms and Saunas:
The gym wouldn’t be complete without our comfortable changing rooms, including showers, lots of lockers, quality hair dryers and saunas for everyone to use.
If you sign up now, it’s just £5 for your 1st month and then £26.99 per month, with no contract and no added joining fee!
