If you can do the below within the allotted time then congratulations, you’re a lean, mean, fighting machine!

  • 1.5 mile run (2.4km) in under 9 minutes 30 seconds
  • As may press ups as possible in 2 minutes (pass mark 50)
  • As many sit ups as you can in 2 minutes (pass mark 60)
