JD Gyms- £50 JD Gift Card & 3 months free membership Prize Draw
By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, JD Sports Gyms Limited (“JD Gyms”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD Gyms is the promoter of this prize draw.
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok.
Instagram and TikTok shall have no liability to any entrant of this prize draw.
- What can you win?
There will be three (3) winners who will each win:
- a £50 JD Sports gift card, which can be redeemed either online or in any JD physical store (“Gift Card”); and
- Three (3) months free JD Gyms membership (“Free Membership”),
(together the “Prize“).
The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Gyms has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Gyms has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Gyms. JD Gyms shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Gyms is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
The Gift Card is subject to and will expire in accordance with section 15 of the following terms and conditions: Terms & Conditions (the “Gift Card T&Cs”).
The Free Membership will only apply to the 3 months following the winners’ first month i.e. winners will pay for their first month of JD Gyms membership following their sign up (September 2025), then receive October, November and December 2025 for free.
Prizes are personal to the winners. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
- What is excluded from the Prize?
It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.
- Who can enter?
Entrants must be:
- aged 16 years or over; and
- a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
JD Gyms reserves the right to ask the winner(s) to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports Group (JD Sports Fashion – Our brands – JD), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD Gyms reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria is met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
Existing members of JD Gyms at the time of this Prize draw are not eligible to enter.
- How to enter
The prize draw starts on Friday 22 August at 00:00 (UK time) and ends on Sunday 31 August at 23:59 (UK time) (the “Entry Period”). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.
Entrants can enter the prize draw by:
- Signing up for a JD Gyms membership on the JD Gyms website during the Entry Period (Link: JD Gyms | Fitness Just Got Serious); and
- When signing up to JD Gyms during the Entry period, entering the code “AUGUSTWIN”.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to fill in all required details and fully complete the JD Gyms sign up process to be eligible for this prize draw.
Purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw, as set out above at point a).
Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
- How are the winners selected?
All valid entries will be entered into an electronic random name generator on 1 September 2025 to select the winners. The decision of JD Gyms is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).
The winners will be notified via email to the email address submitted with their entry when signing up to JD Gyms, and the winners must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winners fail to respond to the email correspondence within 96 hours then JD Gyms reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived their rights to the Prize.
- Winner’s Responsibilities
It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) reply to the email informing them of their win with their acceptance; (iii) provide accurate contact details; and (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize. JD Gyms will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
The winners’ use of the gift card must be in accordance with section 15 of the following terms and conditions: Terms & Conditions.

- Which law applies to this promotion?
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
- The Promoter
JD Gyms reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
