Located in a fantastic position on Pennybridge Industrial Estate in the former Lifestyle Fitness gym, JD Gyms Ballymena has an incredible open plan design. Our equipment has been expertly picked to ensure we cater for a wide range of gym-goers. There's tons of cardio kit, a top-notch selection of plate-loaded machines from Hammer-Strength, and plenty of resistance machines, as well as a large free-weights area. Plus we're open 24/7!

Alongside our sled track, we have 4 lifting platforms with racks, kitted out with high quality Olympic bars and bumper plates. Plus, there's an area packed with equipment specifically dedicated to training glutes and legs.

The changing rooms offer plenty of space and lockers for your things, plus free-to-use hair dryers and saunas, and all of our fitness classes are included in your no-contract membership.
