We’ve invested big to bring you a next-level training experience.

You’ll see a host of building and decor improvements, with the addition of some striking design features. More importantly, we’ve got loads of brand-new, industry-leading equipment, including Hammer Strength plate-loaded kit, an Eleiko functional zone, brand-new lifting platforms and a dedicated glute area.

ELEIKO FUNCTIONAL TRAINING ZONE:

Our incredible new functional training zone, by industry leaders Eleiko, is equipped with everything you need for full-body exercises, helping to enhance movement, strength, and endurance. We’ve got loads of great new kit here, including Ski Ergs and Kettlebells. Everything you need to elevate your training!

EXTENDED FREE-WEIGHTS AREA WITH BRAND-NEW KIT:

Want to take your strength training to the next level? We’ve got you! We have an incredible new free-weight area with dumbbells up to 50kg and 25+ benches.

GLUTE AREA AND DEDICATED GLUTE KIT:

A whole area of the gym dedicated to glute training? You asked, so we delivered! This brand-new designated zone has loads of options for training glutes and legs. Well-equipped with specialist equipment from the Booty Builder brand, you’ll never be short of a new way to train your legs!

BRAND-NEW AND ADDITIONAL LIFTING PLATFORMS, STAIRCLIMBERS AND CABLE MACHINES:

We’ve upped our game with a host of new and additional kit, including StairClimbers, Lifting Platforms, Cable Machines and more!

BRAND-NEW HAMMER STRENGTH PLATE-LOADED KIT

On the gym floor you’ll also find some incredible new plate-loaded equipment from industry-leaders Hammer Strength. You’ll be spoilt for choice.

REFURBISHED CHANGING ROOMS:

We’ve refurbished the changing rooms so you can relax in style after your workout or enjoy a sauna.
