SORRY IF WE’VE ALREADY TAKEN YOUR DIRECT DEBIT
As you will be aware from our email on Friday, we have been instructed by the government to close all of our gyms, temporarily, and whilst closed, we won’t be taking any Direct Debits.
However, when we requested all payments to be frozen on Friday, some Direct Debit payments had already been requested and were clearing with banks, so we were unable to stop the payment going out today, sorry.
Please don’t worry – we will ensure that as soon as we reopen, we will add a FULL MONTH FREE on to your membership so you don’t miss out on what you’ve paid for.
And of course all Direct Debits have been frozen now, so they won’t get taken next month etc.
(Our Head Office secure unit that deals with Direct Debit payments has had to close, so we are unable to simply refund the payment.)
We appreciate this is a difficult time for everybody and we are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support we have received from our loyal members.
We’ll be in touch again soon to provide you with workouts to do at home, exclusive discounts for JD’s online store, and other key updates during our temporary closure.
