If you would like to Freeze your membership for up to 3 months in any 6 month period you can do so completely free of charge. When your membership is frozen your monthly payments are paused and your access to the gym is temporarily suspended. Your freeze will start and end on your regular monthly Direct Debit date.

To request a freeze, please complete the form below but please note we require 14 days’ notice in order to freeze your Direct Debit.
