JD Gyms Carlisle is a huge 24-hour fitness space, filled with an incredible array of industry-leading equipment including brand-new plate loaded machines, an Eleiko functional zone, dedicated glute kit, lifting platforms, and a sled track.
We have a vast free-weights area with 20+ benches and dumbbells up to 50kg. We also have an extensive cardio area, kitted out with everything from treadmills and rowers to stair climbers, all set in our signature stylish surroundings. We pride ourselves on providing an amazing amount of specialised kit that you'd struggle to find in other gyms!
Our luxury changing rooms include saunas for post-workout relaxation, and we have plenty of unlimited free parking available. Everything is included in your membership price, and it's no-contract, so there's no commitment.
