Dunfermline, something big is on the way. JD Gyms Dunfermline is coming soon, bringing a seriously impressive 24-hour fitness experience to the area.

Located at Halbeath Retail park, inside you’ll find everything you need to train your way, from a spacious cardio zone filled with treadmills, bikes, rowers, stair climbers and more, to a high-spec functional training area built around our custom Eleiko Functional Zone. Expect a full rig, sled track, Concept2 ergs, kettlebells and plenty of kit to help you push every session further.

Love group training? You'll have unlimited access to our exclusive classes, JD ENGINE and JD X-FIT, both delivered around the functional zone.

If lifting is your thing, you’re going to love it here. The free weights area will feature over 20 adjustable benches, dumbbells up to 50kg, plus premium plate-loaded kit from Hammer Strength and Exigo and dedicated glute training equipment.

The whole gym has been designed to feel bold, motivating and unmistakably JD Gyms, with striking interiors, standout lighting and a custom sound system to keep the atmosphere high from your first rep to your final stretch. And after training, you can unwind in the saunas in both the male and female changing rooms, included as part of your membership.
