Need a gym with awesome facilities? We got it! JD Gyms Hempstead Valley is situated handily in the Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre in Gillingham, next to Sainsbury's, so we're easy to find. Plus, there is free parking.

We offer the best and most stylish place to work out in Medway! The cardio section has loads of equipment, so you won't have to wait your turn. Our Free weights area is equipped with more than 20 benches, plenty of dumbbells, a wide range of plate-loaded machines, as well as squat racks and lifting platforms. Join us for a class in one of our bespoke studio spaces, all included in your membership. Shower, change and relax in the luxury changing rooms, complete with saunas.
