JD Gyms Middlesbrough, located in the former Lifestyle Fitness building on Newport South Business Park, is a huge 24-hour fitness space, filled to the brim with an impressive range of industry-leading equipment. We have brand-new plate loaded machines, an Eleiko functional zone, dedicated glute kit, lifting zone and a sprint/sled track.

Want more? There is a vast free weights area with 20+ benches and dumbbells up to 50kg. We also have an extensive cardio area, kitted out with everything from treadmills and rowers to stairmills, all set in our signature stylish surroundings.
