A brand-new JD Gyms is coming to Newtownabbey this December - bringing you a premium workout experience at an incredible price.
Opening at Longwood Retail Park, next to Home Bargains, JD Gyms Newtownabbey will be our second gym in the Belfast area, offering an incredible space designed to help you get more from every session. Plus, we’ll be open 24-hours!
We'll be taking over the whole of the former DW store, creating a huge 25,000 square foot gym space dedicated to giving you the best workout experience.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious training environment in our signature style, packed with industry-leading equipment. From a large cardio zone with treadmills, bikes and stair climbers, to a bespoke Eleiko functional training zone, everything is designed to support your training style.
Our free-weights section is created with strength training in mind, featuring over 20 adjustable benches, dumbbells up to 50kg, plate-loaded machines and specialist glute equipment, including industry-leading Booty Builder kit.
You’ll also have access to a full timetable of fitness classes in our dedicated class studio, as well as group training sessions, all included in your membership, plus luxury changing rooms with saunas so you can relax and recover after your workout.
