Our great location on Maskew Avenue Retail Park is easy to find and offers 3 hours free parking for members. Inside the gym we've carefully curated our selection of gym equipment, ensuring we have an unmatched offering when it comes to strength, cardio and functional training. You'll find everything you'd expect, plus plenty of brilliant equipment you probably haven't seen before, including Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment.

Upstairs there's a large space dedicated to training glutes and legs, with an abundance of specialist machines from Booty Builder. We also have a bespoke Eleiko functional rig downstairs with Olympic bars and plates, along with lifting platforms and racks.

All of this is set within our trademark stylish aesthetic. Oh...and did we mention there are saunas in our luxury changing rooms too? This is the only gym you'll ever need!
