Watford, get ready - a brand-new gym is landing soon. JD Gyms Watford will be our flagship gym location and a true standout for the brand. Based in the Harlequin Centre, in the former John Lewis space, this vast 24-hour gym has been designed to impress.

Expect cutting-edge equipment, spacious workout zones and a high-end training experience, without the premium price tag. Our extensive cardio area is packed with treadmills, bikes, stair climbers, rowers and more, so there’s always room to get moving. For functional training fans, our custom Eleiko Functional Zone features a full rig, a wide range of accessories, Concept2 ergs, kettlebells and a dedicated sled track to really push your performance.

Love group workouts? Our extensive range of fitness classes run every day in our dedicated studio and are included in your membership at no extra cost. Plus we have some incredible classes that are exclusive to JD Gyms including JD ENGINE and JD X-FIT.

When it comes to strength training, JD Gyms Watford delivers. The free weights area includes over 20 adjustable benches and an extensive dumbbell range up to 50kg, meaning less waiting and more lifting.
