What is Hybrid Training?
Hybrid training incorporates both strength and endurance work, making it the perfect training style for increasing overall fitness levels whilst ensuring you're never bored!
Using all of the equipment including curved treadmills, Concept2 SkiErgs and RowErgs, sled tracks, wall balls, kettlebells and sandbags, our Hybrid classes are led by our JD Team, and are designed to increase your strength, fitness and stamina.
There are two distinct class formats, each running multiple times per day...
JD HYBRID STRENGTH - Focusing on increasing strength and muscular endurance
JD HYBRID ENGINE - Working on your lactic threshold, helping you work harder for longer

Whether it's your first time hybrid training or you're chasing a new PB, we've got everything you need to train for a race, or just have fun!
Our Expert Trainers will coach you through dedicated group classes, focusing on increasing your strength and endurance, whatever your ability level.
JD Hybrid classes are currently available at:

> Wigan
> Hull (from 7th April)

JD HYBRID STRENGTH
Hybrid Strength focuses on building a strong body that’s able to lift and shift weight well with good form for the whole workout. You’ll build muscular endurance under fatigue as well as a body that moves better and is more powerful. Led by our expert instructors, Hybrid Strength is suitable for all levels of fitness.
JD HYBRID ENGINE
Hybrid Engine will help you to increase your fitness levels as well as your body’s ability to sustain physical activity for longer. This workout will help you to be able to move faster, further and better for longer than ever before. Hybrid Engine is suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced, and is led by our expert instructors.
