In case you haven’t heard, JD Gyms Enfield was our 100th gym opening… So we went all out!

… And that’s not all!

As well as our giveaway, there was a whole host of activities exclusively at JD Gyms Enfield on opening day (Tuesday 11th November).

•  100 FREE goodie bags were handed out to the first 100 members to visit us from 12pm. Each bag contained a great selection of gym treats, including protein bars, a padlock, towel, and 1 free guest pass!
• 100 tags were hidden around the gym, with free prizes claimed when they were found! The prizes were anything from a protein bar, to free membership, or brand-new trainers.
• Eleiko offered lifting workshops at 1pm and 3pm! Both sessions were free to attend for all members.
  • • • 1pm – Clean Workshop: This workshop covered the importance of proper posture, grip, and positioning in executing these lifts safely and effectively. 
      • 3pm – Functional Workshop: Utilising the Eleiko rig, this functional fitness session took you through movement progressions using the Eleiko attachments and help build fundamentals required for movements on and around the rig. The workshop included a strength element, allowing for each member to develop techniques, followed by a workout.
• Applied Nutrition samples were available inside and outside the gym from 12pm – 8pm.
