By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. We, JD Sports Gyms Limited (“JD Gyms”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD Gyms is the promoter of this prize draw.
1. What can you win?
There will be one winner who will win:
· Twelve months free JD Gyms’ membership (“Free Membership” or the “Prize“.)
This Prize Draw is open to new members who sign-up to JD Gyms monthly membership. The Free Membership will apply to the next 12 months following the winner’s acceptance of the Prize.
Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the Prize if this term is not complied with.
2. Who can enter?
Entrants must :
· be aged 16 years or over;
· be a verified student with Unidays;
· have signed up for and paid for a monthly membership of JD Gyms in the Entry Period (see below);
· have paid for all outstanding monthly fees and not cancelled their membership; and
· be a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
JD Gyms may ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports Group (JD Sports Fashion - Our brands - JD), or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter. JD Gyms reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria is met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
Existing members of JD Gyms are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
The prize draw starts on Monday 14th September at 00:00 (UK time) and ends on Monday 30th November at 23:59 (UK time) (the “Entry Period”). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.
Entrants can enter the prize draw by:
a) Signing up for a new JD Gyms membership on the JD Gyms website during the Entry Period (www.jdgyms.co.uk); and
b) When signing up to JD Gyms during the Entry period, entering the Unidays Offer code – available for verified students on https://www.myunidays.com/
It is the entrant’s responsibility to fill in all required details and fully complete the JD Gyms sign up process to be eligible for this prize draw.
Purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw, as set out above at point a).
Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
JD Gyms reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
4. What is excluded from the Prize?
Any monthly fees due between sign-up and the draw must be paid for. This sign-up process gives new members entry to the Prize Draw.
5. How is the winner selected?
All valid entries will be entered into an electronic random generator on 5th November 2026 to select the winner. The decision of JD Gyms is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves).
The winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with their entry when signing up to JD Gyms, and the winner must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner fail to respond to the email correspondence within 96 hours then JD Gyms reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived their rights to the Prize.
6. Winner’s Responsibilities
It is the winner’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) reply to the email informing them of their win with their acceptance; (iii) provide accurate contact details; and (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize. JD Gyms will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
Membership of JD Gyms is subject to the terms and conditions of membership and any Gym Rules in place from time to time. (Current T&C’s and Rules are found here) If the winner is found to have breached any conditions of membership, JD Gyms will have the right to terminate the Free Membership and the winner will not be entitled to any cash alternative or refund.

The winner’ personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD Gyms to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winner.
8. Which law applies to this promotion?
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
