JD Leg Day Club

JD Core & Conditioning

Forget basic core work — this is the next level. CORE & CONDITIONING brings a fresh approach to training your midsection, blending strength, control, and conditioning into one high-energy session.

Expect focused core-driven workouts built to strengthen, sculpt, and stabilise, combined with fast-paced conditioning that keeps the intensity high and the energy flowing. Every class is designed to challenge your core from every angle while improving how you move, perform, and feel.

JD BURN: HIIT

JD BURN: HIIT is a high-energy workout designed to push your fitness, raise your heart rate, and maximise calorie burn. Expect short, intense intervals using bodyweight and cardio-based movements, finished off with a relentless final push.

Perfect if you love to sweat, move fast, and leave knowing you’ve worked hard from start to finish.

JD BURN: ATHLETIC

JD BURN: ATHLETIC is all about moving better and getting stronger for everyday life. This performance-focused workout combines bodyweight, weighted, and cardio movements to build real athleticism — strength, speed, agility, and resilience.

You’ll train your body to move with purpose, finish with a challenging finale and walk out feeling ready for anything.

No need to be an athlete — just bring effort.

JD BURN: STRENGTH

JD BURN: STRENGTH is a workout using weighted intervals to build muscle strength, endurance and confidence under load. Expect focused work sets, challenging lifts and a max-effort finisher designed to push you right to the end.

This is the Burn class where you lift with intent and leave feeling noticeably stronger than when you walked in.
