We’ve been getting Bigger, Better and Stronger this November…

November was a busy month for us, with plenty of gym upgrades, kit refreshes, and other exciting works taking place to improve your gyms.

Plus… This is only the beginning! We have plenty more work coming up in December and into the New Year. Who said presents were just for Christmas?!

Upgrades

Brierley Hill, Newcastle Shiremoor and Sheffield South all received a serious upgrade in late November into December. We’ve enhanced our kit offering by replacing old machines with shiny new/newly refurbished versions, made cosmetic improvements to the flooring, PLUS we installed saunas at Brierley Hill and Sheffield South!

Brierley Hill saw refurbished showers, all new cardio kit, plate-loaded kit, new barbells and dumbbells supplied by Primal, new kit added to the Eleiko functional zone, and an upgrade to the sled track – with 2 extra lanes added.

In Newcastle Shiremoor, we added 5 new lifting platforms, 8 new stair climbers, improved the Eleiko functional zone with assault bikes, curved treadmills and SkiErgs. Plus, we refreshed the flooring in the free weights area and swapped out 4 cable machines for 8 new ones.

And last but certainly not least, Sheffield South received refurbished showers,  all new cardio kit, plate-loaded kit, plates and dumbbells, 6 Eleiko racks and platforms, new glute kit, 2 BikeErgs and 2 curved treadmills!

A huge thank you to our members at these gyms for their patience whilst we carried out the upgrades. We hope you’re loving all the improvements!

Other works

We also carried out some kit swap-outs and cosmetic improvements at a selection of gyms throughout November, with plenty more scheduled throughout December.

Some of the changes we made include swapping out all of the old spin bikes in the studio with brand-new ones, 8-station replacements, and replacing the cardio kit. We also installed new carpet at 10 gyms!

What’s next?

20 gyms are getting all new accessories for their Eleiko functional zones in December! This will include new kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags and more. All added to enhance our rig-based group exercise classes.
