LIFESTYLE FITNESS MIDDLESBROUGH IS BECOMING JD GYMS!

Exciting news…  Your gym is being fully refurbished and transformed into JD Gyms Middlesbrough.

We’re pleased to announce that Lifestyle Fitness Middlesbrough will soon undergo a major refurbishment and will re-open this summer as JD Gyms!

JD Gyms recently acquired Lifestyle Fitness Middlesbrough, and now we’re entering an exciting new phase of development which will see the gym completely transformed into a world-class fitness facility with an entirely new look and feel.

We’ll be improving the free weights area, adding Olympic lifting platforms, installing a brand-new Eleiko functional zone, and adding some incredible plate-loaded kit. We’ll also have a dedicated glute area with the latest glute focused equipment. There will be extensive decor improvements throughout, so you can work out in our signature stylish surroundings.

There will be a full kit list coming soon – keep your eyes peeled for updates.

Work will begin very soon, with more information to follow in the upcoming weeks. To keep disruption to your workouts to a minimum, the gym will remain open for the majority of the work. We will have a short closure period prior to our re-opening, which we will confirm nearer the time, as we hope to get as much done as possible whilst we are open.
