Exciting news… JD Gyms Sheffield South has received a serious upgrade.
Earlier this year, we introduced all new pin-select machines and DAP cable machines; now, we’ve added even more!

Here’s what we’ve done:
Brand-new saunas and upgrades to the showers
It’s the news you’ve been waiting for: we have installed brand-new saunas in the male and female changing rooms, which are now available to use! fantastic for post-workout muscle soreness or just a place to relax after all that hard work. We have also made improvements to the showers, including new tiling.
All new cardio kit
We have swapped out all of the current cardio kit for a host of new equipment from industry-leader Matrix. From treadmills to stair climbers and SkiErgs to bikes, we have everything you need to work up a sweat.
Brand-new plate loaded kit
Love to lift? We’ve swapped out all of our plate-loaded equipment for an incredible range of kit from industry leaders Hammer Strength and Exigo. Get ready to hit those PBs!
All new bars, plates and dumbbells
We have replaced all the current bars, plates and dumbbells with brand-new shiny ones. You’ll never be short of the kit that you need to elevate your workout.
Plus… We have added 38 brand-new benches!
Lifting platforms with Eleiko half-racks!
Alongside all the above, we’ve also installed lifting platforms and half-racks supplied by Eleiko. Whether you’re looking to master a split jerk or perfect your squat, we’ve got you covered. There are plenty of barbells and plates available, so get ready to smash your PBs.
