You can adjust a Bootcamp class to suit you so you can work to your fitness level. A few classes a week and you’ll be a champion in no time!
WHAT TO WEAR

MEMBER THOUGHTS
This is one of my favourite classes at JD Gyms. It’s so high energy and you feel like you’re getting a full body workout. I like how I can push myself as hard as I want to and modify the exercises if I need to.

I love teaching Boot Camp, we all have so much fun together. It’s a tough workout but you can go at your own pace, there’s no judgement!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We recommend that you bring a drink and sweat towel along, but you don’t need to bring any equipment to our classes. If you take part in one of our yoga or pilates classes we provide mats, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
All of our classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced. Our expert instructors will always offer alternative exercises or modifications and you can work at your own pace.
There’s no need to book, simply turn up in good time and take your place in the class.
