A bespoke, full-body class exclusive to JD Gyms based in our JD BURN area or class studio. Our signature JD BURN class is a 35-minute HIIT workout. It has been programmed to promote strength, endurance, and all-around fitness across high-intensity intervals designed to get maximum results fast. And you’ll have your very own JD BURN coach with you every rep of the way!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to bring anything with me to the class?

We recommend that you bring a drink and sweat towel along, but you don’t need to bring any equipment to our classes. If you take part in one of our yoga or pilates classes we provide mats, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Are the classes suitable for me?

All of our classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced. Our expert instructors will always offer alternative exercises or modifications and you can work at your own pace.

Do I need to book classes?

There’s no need to book, simply turn up in good time and take your place in the class.
