Les Mills BODYPUMP is my go-to for a total body strength and conditioning workout. It’s challenging but so much fun, and the instructors are really motivating.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We recommend that you bring a drink and sweat towel along, but you don’t need to bring any equipment to our classes. If you take part in one of our yoga or pilates classes we provide mats, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
All of our classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced. Our expert instructors will always offer alternative exercises or modifications and you can work at your own pace.
There’s no need to book, simply turn up in good time and take your place in the class.
