Teaching Les Mills BODYATTACK is loads of fun, it’s a really high-energy cardio workout that gets the blood pumping! It’s also suitable for all levels of fitness as you can take it at your own pace. We vary the workout regularly so you’ll never get bored!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We recommend that you bring a drink and sweat towel along, but you don’t need to bring any equipment to our classes. If you take part in one of our yoga or pilates classes we provide mats, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
All of our classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced. Our expert instructors will always offer alternative exercises or modifications and you can work at your own pace.
There’s no need to book, simply turn up in good time and take your place in the class.
