Box Fit is a fun, boxing-based class which focuses on conditioning, speed, and endurance using punches and footwork to improve fitness and agility.
Whether you’re looking to improve your boxing moves or wanting to boost your fitness levels and try a new way of working out, this one’s for you. You will be working out with a dedicated coach to motivate you and ensure progression.
Box Fit is suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced, and is led by our expert instructors.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We recommend that you bring a drink and sweat towel along, but you don’t need to bring any equipment to our classes. If you take part in one of our yoga or pilates classes we provide mats, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
All of our classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced. Our expert instructors will always offer alternative exercises or modifications and you can work at your own pace.
There’s no need to book, simply turn up in good time and take your place in the class.
