Hybrid training incorporates both strength and endurance work, making it the perfect training style for increasing overall fitness levels whilst ensuring you’re never bored!
Using all of the equipment including curved treadmills, Concept2 SkiErgs and RowErgs, sled tracks, wall balls, kettlebells and sandbags, our Hybrid classes are led by our JD Team, and are designed to increase your strength, fitness and stamina.
JD HYBRID will help you to increase your fitness levels as well as your body’s ability to sustain physical activity for longer. This workout will help you to be able to move faster, further and better for longer than ever before. JD HYBRID is suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced, and is led by our expert instructors.

JD HYBRID is exclusive to JD Gyms that have a hybrid training area, and it’s a fantastic class if you’re looking to increase strength and endurance or if you are training for a race. It’s suitable for all levels and you’re guaranteed to see results over a short period of time!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We recommend that you bring a drink and sweat towel along, but you don’t need to bring any equipment to our classes. If you take part in one of our yoga or pilates classes we provide mats, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
All of our classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced. Our expert instructors will always offer alternative exercises or modifications and you can work at your own pace.
There’s no need to book, simply turn up in good time and take your place in the class.
