Mind and Body classes at JD Gyms are a great option regardless of your fitness level. We run Yoga and Pilates sessions at a wide selection of times throughout the day, so when you’re wanting to relieve some stress with a low-impact workout, or if you’re looking for rehabilitation after an injury, we’ve got you covered.
